COMPACT

Overview

Compact is a Comparative Package for Clustering Assessment whose version 2.0, written by Roy Varshavsky, is available here. Compact has been upgraded to the current 2.2 version by Guy Shaked. It is written in Matlab, and is freely available for academic use. Please read the copyright and legal notice.

The package can be downloaded here . If you have any general questions please contact David Horn. For technical questions please contact Guy Shaked. Compact implements both Support Vector Clustering (SVC) and Quantum Clustering (QC), as well as some other clustering methods. More details and instructions are available in the readme file .
